| To help you keep up with what's going on in the troop, we maintain e-mail distribution lists. Lists are established for the entire troop, each patrol, the PLC, Scoutmasters and ASM's, the troop committee, and other groups. When you send an email to a list address (troop@troop876.com, for example) your message will automatically be forwarded to all the current members of that distribution list. You are welcome to subscribe multiple addresses (handy if you'd like to receive messages at both your home and work addresses.) To change your email address on the a list, simply subscribe your new address and unsubscribe the old one. Bear in mind that adding or deleting your address from one list will not affect the other lists; you must make the change on each list. |
